Stepping Into Fitness - 360401

This is a high energy full body fitness class with a primary focus on step aerobics. Learn basic and intro to step aerobic workout routines. These 90 minute workouts will also include core/ab routines, muscle toning and flexibility training. Each class will allow you to maximize your body’s fitness potential while burning calories and having a blast in a small group training format.

Taekwondo - 380412

This class teaches Taekwondo, a Korean martial art. Throughout the program students will either learn beginner skills or further build upon their skills from past sessions. Sessions will be taught by Mitchell Terry (deputy black belt) and all classes are held at Broadway Volunteer Fire Department. The material will include basic blocks, strikes, kicks, forms (movement patterns), and self-defense. Attire: Loose fitting clothes which allow for wide ranges of motion (uniforms are not required).
